OUR STORY
Piece-A-Cake Bakery in Staten Island was founded by James and Maria Carrozza in 2012. Piece-A-Cake is our third bakery. This is the only one that has a café serving breakfast, soup, salad, and sandwiches. Our sweet selections include desserts a la mode, cake by the slice, cookies, pastries, and even ice cream.
In, 2016, we expanded our bakery and added a second location for The Cookie Jar, which is adjacent to Piece-A-Cake. The Cookie Jar sells a wide variety of cookies, decorative cookie jars, shakes, and the popular Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake.
Piece-A-Cake Bakery is located at 177 New Dorp Lane, Staten Island, New York 10306 right in the heart of New Dorp Lane.
